In the two years since high voter turnout of the election that made Barack Obama the President of the United States new figures released show that the numbers of registered Pennsylvania Democrats is down 3.9 percent and Republicans are down 3.7 percent.
Monday was the last day Pennsylvanians could register to vote in the upcoming November 2 mid-term elections. Many voter registration offices were open late Monday to accommodate late comers but officials from the Pennsylvania Department of State report new voter registration was light which was to be expected for a mid-term election year.
