Judge Orders Stoppage of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell"

U.S District Judge Julia Phillips today banned the Military from enforcing its 17 year old policy of "don't ask, don't tell.

The Department of Justice has 60 days to appeal the ruling but is not required to do so according to the New York Times.
