Busy Two Days for Police in Southampton

Thursday

Upper Southampton police arrested two men who were allegedly caught stealing the contents of a car on Rick Road in the early morning hours this past Thursday.

Phillyburbs.com reports the two men from Philadelphia, Yehor Mochalov, 21, and Carlos Carrasquillo, 20, were charged with facing conspiracy, prowling, theft, attempted theft and drug possession charges.
The men were arraigned in Bucks County Court and face a $100,000 bail.

The owner of the car looked out the window of his residence and saw the two young men rummaging through his car and called police.

Carrasquillo was apprehended by Southampton police after a foot chase through the neighborhood.

Mochlaov was arrested on Belmont Avenue where he was hiding in his vehicle.

Friday

Phillyburbs.com also reports that two men were arrested near Gravel Hill and Street Roads in the township during the rain storm Friday morning after a dispute with their cab driver about the fare.

The website also reports that the two men face simple assault, harassment and public drunkenness charges.
